Notice# 2025-25: Correction to the Last Delivery Date of the March 2026 Contract Month for the 2-Year and 5-Year U.S. Treasury Note Futures Contracts to Friday, April 3, 2026 (Good Friday).

FMX Futures Exchange, L.P. will update the last delivery day from Monday, April 6, 2026, to Friday, April 3, 2026, for the March 2026 contract month for the 2-year and 5-year FMX listed U.S. Treasury futures contracts.

Notice #2025-23 (2025-10-02) Notification of Emergency Action: Temporary Restriction of Trading in the Secured Overnight Financing Rate Futures Contracts

Effective October 2, 2025, from 8:44 AM ET to 2:53 PM ET, the Exchange invoked FMX Rule XI-9 emergency authority, to temporarily remove access to electronic trading in the FMX Secured Overnight Financing Rate Futures Contracts (“FS3”), due to a system error, which impacted all FS3 contract months. The FS3 market has resumed normal functioning.
