Howard W. Lutnick is Chairman & CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., one of the world’s leading financial services firms; Chairman & CEO of BGC Partners, Inc., a leading global brokerage and financial technology company; and Chairman of Newmark Group, Inc. (which operates as Newmark), a world leader in commercial real estate services.
Mr. Lutnick graduated from Haverford College in 1983 with a degree in economics and joined Cantor Fitzgerald the same year. He served on the Haverford College Board of Managers for 21 years, including as vice-chair and chair. Mr. Lutnick served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CF Finance Acquisition Corp. from October 2015 until the consummation of its business combination with GCM Grosvenor Inc. in November 2020, as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II from September 2019 until the consummation of its business combination with View, Inc. in March 2021, as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CF Finance Acquisition Corp. III from March 2016 until the consummation of its business combination with AEye, Inc. in August 2021, and as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CF Acquisition Corp. V from April 2020 until the consummation of its business combination with Satellogic, Inc. in January 2022. Mr. Lutnick has also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CF Acquisition Corp. IV since January 2020, CF Acquisition Corp. VI since April 2020, CF Acquisition Corp. VII since July 2020 and CF Acquisition Corp. VIII since July 2020. Additionally, Mr. Lutnick has served as a director of Satellogic, Inc. since January 2022. Mr. Lutnick has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of each of Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust, Inc. (formerly known as Rodin Global Property Trust, Inc.) and Rodin Income Trust, Inc. since February 2017 and as President of Rodin Income Trust, Inc. since January 2018.
Mr. Lutnick served on the Board of Directors of the Horace Mann School, and Board of Directors of the Partnership for New York City. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center site. Mr. Lutnick received the Department of the Navy’s Distinguished Public Service Award, the highest honor granted to non-military personnel by the Navy. He was also the recipient of the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award at Haverford. In 2017, Mr. Lutnick was honored by the UJA-Federation with the Gustave L. Levy Award for his generosity and commitment to philanthropy. Mr. Lutnick and his wife Allison have four children.

Former Global CEO of Tullett Prebon
Louis Scotto is the Chief Executive Officer of FMX. He previously served as an Executive Managing Director Americas and the Global Head of Fenics USTreasuries for BGC Partners, Inc. In that role, Mr. Scotto lead BGC Groups’ brokerage operations in the Americas in addition to his responsibilities running Fenics in the US.
Mr. Scotto joined BGC Partners in early 2011 as Executive Managing Director for the Americas business before assuming leadership of the North America business as General Manager.
With over 30 years experience in the broking industry, Mr. Scotto -started his career 1981 at Garban, which merged with Intercapital Plc in 1999 to form ICAP. At Garban, Mr. Scotto was the head of technology and served as president of Garban Computer Systems. In 1985, he joined Mabon Nugent where he served as general partner and chief administrative officer. In 1992 Mr. Scotto joined Liberty Brokerage in London and from 1994 to 1999 he built the business of Liberty Eurasia, returning to New York in 1999 as global chief operating officer of Liberty Brokerage.
In 2000 Liberty Brokerage merged with Tullett and Mr. Scotto served as chief operating officer of that business until 2003 when the company merged with Collins Stewart. Mr. Scotto became Group CEO of Collins Stewart Tullett Plc. and upon the acquisition of Prebon, Mr. Scotto was promoted to Global CEO of Tullett Prebon Plc. From 2007 to 2009 Mr. Scotto served as CEO of Tullett Prebon Americas and from 2009 as a consultant to Tullett Prebon.

Robert Allen is the President of FMX Futures Exchange. He joined the Company in January 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for 11 years, serving as a Managing Director in various roles.
Mr. Allen began his career at Lehman Brothers from 1999 to 2001 as a Fixed Income trader before working at Bank of America from 2001 to 2009. He received a BA in accounting from the University of Washington and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.

Steven Sadoff is the Chief Information Officer of FMX. He is also responsible for all technology and product strategy for BGC Partners, Inc. globally. Previously he was Managing Director for Bank of America from 2013 until 2017, overseeing the technology globally for Central Risk Book, Electronic Trading, Sales, Research, and Capital Markets.
Mr. Sadoff was with Knight Capital from 2002 until 2013, where he was Executive Vice President and Global Head of Operations, Services & Technology. Prior to that he was the Chief Information Officer for BondBook, an electronic marketplace created by eight of the world’s largest broker dealers (Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Salomon Smith Barney, and UBS Warburg) from May 2000 to December 2001, and in a variety of leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers from 1990 to 2000. Mr. Sadoff has served on the advisory board for Corvil Ltd., the Technology/Operations Customer Advisory Board for Thomson Reuters, as a member of the SIFMA Operations and Technology Steering Committee and as a past board member of Direct Edge Holdings LLC and Pico Quantitative Trading LLC. He has been named to the Institutional Investor Tech 50 list and one of the 10 most influential CIOs by Securities Technology Monitor, received an American Financial Technology Award for Best Global Deployment, and been ranked in the top 15 on the InformationWeek 500 for two consecutive years. Mr. Sadoff holds a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and a D.Sc. in Computer Science, all from Washington University in St. Louis.
